About

Khushboo is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. With over 11 years of experience, she specializes in handling litigation, arbitration, conciliation, and mediation, in diverse areas of Commercial and general laws and more specifically in the fields of Real Estate, Consumer Protection Laws, Negotiable Instruments, Testamentary, white-collar crimes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Rent Control Acts and various other civil and criminal laws. As part of the dispute resolution team, she has been regularly appearing before High Court, City Civil & Sessions Court, Magistrate Courts, Small Causes Court, National Company Law Tribunal and various other forums. She has also been conducting civil trials before various courts including High Court and City Civil Court. During her previous stints she has also worked and gained experience in preparing and seeing through execution of conveyancing documents including preparation of wills, sale deeds, leave and license, rent agreements etc.
