Abhirup is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice groups of the firm. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in insolvency & bankruptcy laws, banking litigation, securitization laws, corporate litigation, civil, criminal and company matters, arbitration and land acquisition matters. He is one of the earliest insolvency law practitioners since the promulgation of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. He is a law graduate from University School of Law & Legal Studies, Delhi
