He has in-depth knowledge on statutory enactments/rules and regulations governing each state and has assisted clients with comprehensive title verification and due diligence of lands/properties on a pan-India basis. Amaresh has significant experience in representing clients on matters of arbitration, writs, security enforcement, insolvency, company matters, criminal jurisdiction, property, title, tenancy and rent laws. He is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi

As a member of several government committees, Hemant frequently advises ministries and regulatory authorities on refining the legal and policy framework in India. He advises companies and their boards on a range of aspects such as enterprise risk, corporate governance, regulatory challenges, corporate restructuring and dispute strategy.

Hemant is a member of the boards of several organizations, including public listed companies. He has studied B. Com (Hons) and LL.B. at University of Delhi and is also a member of International Bar Association.

Amrita Narayan

Amrita is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she regularly appears before various fora including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals. She also acts for and advises clients in arbitration matters. Amrita advises clients on various matters related to civil law, criminal law, matters related to aviation sector, consumer protection law, service and employment law, environment law, electricity act, arbitration and conciliation act, income tax act and education matters. She is a B.A. (Hons) and law graduate from University of Delhi.

Faranaaz G Karbhari

Faranaaz is a counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm.

With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in corporate commercial litigation and arbitration, conciliation and mediation, with significant expertise across the entire spectrum of direct and indirect taxes. She is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in diverse commercial disputes.

Pragya Ohri

Pragya is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm.

With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in civil, corporate and commercial, environment, competition, consumer, criminal, property, family, taxation and arbitration laws.

she also advises clients on contentious matters and is adept at pre-dispute advisory. She has also represented clients in various domestic and international commercial arbitrations at various fora.

Abhirup Dasgupta

Abhirup is a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring & Insolvency practice group of the firm.

With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in Insolvency & Bankruptcy laws, banking litigation, securitisation laws, corporate litigation, civil, criminal and company matters, arbitration and land acquisition matters.

He is one of the earliest insolvency law practitioners since the promulgation of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
