Faranaaz is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. With over 24 years of experience, she specializes in corporate commercial litigation and arbitration, conciliation and mediation, with significant expertise across the entire spectrum of direct and indirect taxes. She is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in diverse commercial disputes. She is a law graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai and obtained her LL.M. from Cardiff Law School, University of Wales.
