Nipun Sharma is an Associate Partner in the Regulatory & Policy practice group with over 9 years of experience in Dispute Resolution, Regulatory Law, Arbitration, and Commercial Litigation. She has advised and represented leading players in the power sector, including generating and distribution companies, on complex regulatory issues such as tariff determination and disputes arising from power purchase agreements. She has extensive experience managing high-stakes arbitrations for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), particularly in infrastructure-related disputes arising from LSTK and supply contracts. Her practice also includes advising on contractual law, consumer protection, intellectual property, real estate, and employment law. Her advocacy spans forums including Electricity Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. Nipun is a graduate of Miranda House, University of Delhi, with a degree in Political Science (Hons.), and holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She also earned an LL.M. in Corporate Law from National Law University, Raipur.
