Ishaan is an Associate Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice groups of the firm. He specializes in insolvency & bankruptcy laws, banking litigation, securitization laws, corporate litigation, and arbitration laws. Ishaan handles matters across various sectors including renewable energy, automobile, hospitality and road and highways. He is a law graduate from University School of Law & Legal Studies, IP University, Delhi and did his LL.M. (Pro.) in Banking and Financial Studies from National Law University, Delhi.
