HSA Advocates advised Tata Capital Limited on a rupee term loan facility extended to Неха Climate Solutions Private Limited, for the infusion of funds towards project-related capital expenditure, including capital expenditure for solar and wind power projects being developed by Hexa Climate and its group entities.
