• Piramal Structured Credit Opportunities Fund on issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating to INR 2150 million for complete refinancing of the existing facilities.
• India Infradebt Limited on refinancing transaction of INR 2650 million for two laning of NH 52 & NH 58 at Rajasthan Haryana Border – Fatehpur – Salasar section in the state of Rajasthan under NHDP Phase – IV on design, build, finance, operate & transfer toll basis.
• India Infoline Finance Limited on subscription of non-convertible debentures aggregating up to INR 900 million on private placement basis, for development and construction of a commercial of a real estate project in Goregaon East, Mumbai.
• Brookfield Asset Management Inc. and its affiliates on financing transaction of INR 1000 million towards meeting the working capital requirements.
• Sekura Energy Limited and its subsidiaries on refinancing transaction of INR 8540 million in respect of 4 (four) solar power projects in the state of Rajasthan and Telangana.
