Shailendra is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial and Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice groups of the firm. With over 21 years of experience in providing transaction advisory and legal services to corporate and government clients in the energy and infrastructure space, his primary practice area spans across a broad range of commercial and regulatory legal advice in power, oil & gas, mining, transport, social and urban infrastructure development projects, along with dispute resolution. He has also advised the Government on structuring and drafting of legislations and policies. He is well known for his thought leadership pertaining to legal developments in the infrastructure space and regularly speaks at various prestigious conferences and has been a visiting faculty at IPPRI. He has, in the past, worked with Trilegal, L&L Partners and Advaita Legal. He is a law graduate from the University of Delhi, completed his LL.M. from Kurukshetra University and earned an MBA degree.
