Gaurav is a Partner in the Technology, Data Protection & Privacy and Corporate & Commercial practice groups of the firm. With over 20 years of experience, his primary practice spans arbitration, dispute resolution, insolvency, cyber law, data privacy, IT/e-commerce regulations, AI ethics, white-collar crime, and regulatory investigations (ED, SFIO, PMLA). He has represented high-profile corporate clients and individuals across financial services, steel, energy, infrastructure, e-commerce, and technology sectors, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialized tribunals. Prior to joining HSA, Gaurav served as Partner at Precept Law Offices and P&A Law Offices, and with the chambers of Pavan Duggal. He holds a B.S.L., LL.B. from Pune University (2006) and is an active member of BRICS CCI India.

• United Spirits Limited / Diageo Group: Successfully represented USL in Enforcement Directorate attachment proceedings before the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, securing an order setting aside the attachment of properties in UB Towers, Bangalore.
• Tata Steel & Bamnipal Steel Ltd: Successfully represented in PMLA and Trial Court proceedings relating to erstwhile promoters' bank fraud cases, securing immunity from historical liabilities under the IBC and PMLA frameworks.
• Axis Bank: Represented Axis Bank in high-profile PMLA investigations and proceedings, successfully setting aside provisional attachment orders on mortgaged properties.
• DPDP Act Compliance: Advised numerous organizations, including NTT DATA, Bandhan Bank, Google/GeM, CNH Industries, and OPPO Mobiles, on comprehensive Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 compliance frameworks, data fiduciary obligations, and AI workplace policies.
