HSA Advocates advised Smartworks Coworking Spaces Private Limited on investment from Lisbrine Pte Limited

Smartworks Coworking Spaces Private Limited (“Company”), a company engaged in providing co-working spaces has raised USD 25 million (equivalent to approximately INR 175 Crores) from Lisbrine Pte Limited, a wholly owned subsidary of Keppel Land Limited against issuance of compulsorily convertible preference shares.
