Sumit P is part of the Banking & Finance practice group of the firm.

Sumit has over 17 years of experience in the field of Banking & Finance and Corporate & Commercial. He regularly advises clients on PE funding, FDI and exit of foreign investors, project finance transactions, Securitization, FEMA, FCPA Risk Management, Data Protection, and corporate compliances. He specializes on sectors spanning across Aerospace, Hospitality, Energy & Infrastructure.

Over the course of his career, Sumit has worked with several leading law firms as well as in in-house roles. Prior to joining HSA, he had set up an independent practice, where he was supporting clients on their investments, financing, structuring and transactional requirements.
