Pratik is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. With over 16 years of experience, he has appeared before Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board and High Court on behalf of major private sector institutions, multinational companies and business houses. He also regularly conducts due diligence for financial institutions pertaining to real estate transactions. He is a law graduate from Vidyasagar University.

    On recovery proceedings initiated against the company by the bank wherein we have been able to get the bank an interim order by virtue of which the company has paid a sum of INR 66 crores to the bank.

    On a dispute arising of recovery of dues against Corporate Power Ltd. The account had an exposure to the tune of 3000 crores and has already been admitted by NCLT, Kolkata Bench.
