About

Manan is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. He has over 18 years of experience in cross-border contentious work for the matters including oil and gas, international trade and commodities, mining, shipping, telecom, trade finance disputes, and insurance and reinsurance. He has handled and advised on arbitrations in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and India under various institutional rules such as DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, MCIA, SCC, SIAC, and HKIAC, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. He is a qualified lawyer and completed his LL.M. degree from Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore
