About

Kshitiz is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in civil and commercial litigation, banking litigation and arbitration. Kshitiz represents some of the leading corporates in the country and has been actively engaged in handling corporate and commercial disputes; banking matters under the SARFAESI and Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act 1993; arbitration matters (domestic and international commercial arbitration for airlines, shipping, infrastructure and civil construction companies); general civil litigation including recovery matters and property disputes; criminal matters including complaint cases and bail matters, company matters and consumer complaints. He is a qualified lawyer and obtained his LL.B. Degree from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
