With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Amaresh has advised leading Pvt equity funds, real estate developers, financial institutions, overseas funds and Government funds. He has in-depth knowledge on statutory enactments/rules and regulations governing each state and has assisted clients with comprehensive title verification and due diligence of lands/properties on a pan-India basis. Amaresh has significant experience in representing clients on matters of arbitration, writs, security enforcement, insolvency, company matters, criminal jurisdiction, property, title, tenancy and rent laws. He is a law graduate from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi

Rahul P. Jain

Rahul is an Associate Counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice group of the firm.

With over 12 years of experience, he specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, and real estate transactions. In addition, he also has significant experience in indirect tax advisory and litigation, Intellectual Property Rights practices including Media & Entertainment Law and regularly appears before High Courts, City Civil Courts and tribunals, including appellate authorities.
