He has advised clients across a wide range of contractual, transactional, financing, and regulatory matters. His professional focus encompasses infrastructure projects, PE investments, and providing support for India market entry, including navigating regulatory requirements. He also has significant experience in overseeing strategic disinvestments and restructuring initiatives involving government entities.

Armin Pardiwala

Armin is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group of the firm. With over 23 years of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, PE investments, commercial transactions, capital market transactions, PPP projects, infrastructure projects, project financing and privatisation. She has closely worked with IFC on PPP projects in India, and has led the team of lawyers to advise consortium consisting of Old Mutual, GVK Industries Ltd and Airports Company South Africa with respect to privatisation and modernisation of Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai. Previously,she has advised the Ministry of Finance, Government of India on large capital market transactions like initial public offering of Maruti Udhyog Ltd and offer for sale of ONGC Ltd, SAIL, NMDC. She is a law graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai.

Monali Dutta

Monali is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial practice group of the firm. She has extensive experience in the projects and infrastructure space (including M&A and corporate restructuring in the infrastructure and projects space). Her focus practice areas are PPP projects, aerospace and defence, social infrastructure and project development in traditional infrastructure building space such as roads, ports, railways, etc.

Shailendra Kumar Singh

Shailendra has close to 19 years of experience in providing transaction advisory and legal services to corporate and government clients in the energy and infrastructure space in a diverse range of sub-sectors, as well as on government policy and regulatory issues. Shailendra is a Partner in Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice group of the firm.

His primary practice area spans across a broad range of commercial and regulatory legal advice in power, oil & gas, mining, transport, social and urban infrastructure development projects along with dispute resolution. Shailendra has provided legal services to clients with respect to drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various contracts as well as advice on contract strategy, structuring, drafting and negotiations of project documents besides advising on government policy, regulatory issues and corporate/commercial laws. He has also advised Government(s) on structuring and drafting of legislation(s) and policies.

Shailendra is known for his thought leadership pertaining to legal developments in the infrastructure space and regularly speaks at various prestigious conferences and has been a visiting faculty at IPPRI. Shailendra has, in the past worked with Trilegal, L&L Partners and was Partner and Head of Infrastructure and Projects practice at Advaita Legal. He is a law graduate from the prestigious University of Delhi; completed his LL.M. from Kurukshetra University and has an MBA degree as well to his credit.
