Knowledge Manager
(Based in Mumbai, India)


The Knowledge Manager will report directly to the Managing Partner based in Mumbai, India. The role will be responsible for providing the legal team with legal education, knowledge and information resources necessary to consistently deliver the highest quality legal advice to the business.


  • Legal Research : You will be responsible for tracking new stories on clients and industry trends, researching memos and opinion letters to help the legal team anticipate the clients business and legal needs.
  • Knowlegde Sharing : Regularly publish bulletins or newsletter on legal topics of interest to clients and share it with important clients and also make it available of company websites and various law forums.
  • Documentation : Create and manage warehousing of all relevant forms, templates and documents. Keep the company’s intranet updated with relevant information.

    You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree ( law is preferred). You have at least 5 years of knowledge management experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. You have exposure to legal knowledge management concepts, solutions and services. Prior experience in legal field will be an advantage. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy doing research. You are highly structured and good in organising information. You are Fluent in English with excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
